Voluntary 30-Day Return Guarantee

You can return many items you have purchased within 30 days following delivery of the item to you. Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Guarantee does not affect your legal right of withdrawal in any way.

General information

• We strive to ship your order the same or next working day after your order is placed. Currently, we do not process orders on holidays and weekends.
• Once your order ships, we will email you your order tracking information. Tracking updates are typically provided within 1 day of shipment.
• If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there appears to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
• If you wish to reship an unclaimed, rejected or undeliverable package, you will be responsible for the new shipping charges.
• If a package is lost, misdirected, or stolen in transit, a new copy will be sent to you. Please contact the service team with these questions. We are not responsible for packages sent to the address entered by the customer at checkout that is not corrected.
• If the product has functional problems, is damaged, or is otherwise unusable, we will refund the customer shipping costs. Please return via your country's national postal service. We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning items for a refund. We recommend including the order number with the returned product to expedite the process.
• International package delivery times vary greatly depending on the final destination. Typically, it takes about 3-15 days depending on the country, some countries may take up to 3 weeks from shipment to delivery. This depends largely on your local customs and postal services.
• International orders are subject to duties/customs fees. We do not collect these fees at checkout and may be charged at the time of delivery if applicable. We are not responsible for these costs. We do not accept return packages due to duty/customs fees.
• Please make sure your address is complete with street name and house number, all written in English, to avoid shipping issues.
